If you do choose to consume alcohol, you do so at your own risk.
Yes please let us know at the time of booking and we will provide other seating arrangements.
Unfortunately we are unable to control the weather, although we will do our very best to work around it. Changes due to the weather can be arranged up to 24 hours before the event. In these circumstances we encourage you to have a back up plan such as a hotel room or balcony, house or back garden or any other covered area. Our picnics still look great indoors and we are more than happy to come to you.
We will return at the arranged time to pack up the set up. If you would like to leave earlier than the agreed time, please contact us.
Our picnic dates go on for three hours.
